Waypaths brings together experience from education, inclusion, product, technology and commercial strategy. The platform grew from direct frustration with fragmented processes and the effect they have on learners, families and the people trying to support them.

Neeki Armani

Product, Education and Research Lead

Neeki leads on vision, learning strategy and education partnerships. Her background spans curriculum design, SEND, and inclusion leadership across schools, local authorities and alternative provisions in the UK and internationally. She brings both lived experience and sector depth to how Waypaths is built and what it sets out to achieve.

Charles Emery

Chief Product & Design Officer (CPDO)
Lead UX, Product and Service Designer

Charles leads on service design, delivery and systems thinking. With a background in software engineering and experience design, he takes a human-centred approach to complex operational and technical challenges. His work across education, energy, banking and travel has always been focused on building things that work for the people who rely on them.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Commercial Adoption Lead

Francesca leads on growth, partnerships and commercial strategy. Her background spans sales leadership, marketing and inclusion-focused work across education, technology and early-stage ventures. She works with schools, MATs, local authorities and startups to build relationships that are grounded in real need, not just product fit.

Technical Architect and Lead Software Engineer

Mike leads on technical development and is building the Waypaths platform. A lead software engineer with experience across complex, large-scale systems, he brings the engineering rigour and practical problem-solving that turns good ideas into something that actually works.

Becky Shewell, Waypaths education advisor.

Becky Shewell

Specialist Education Advisor

Becky is a Qualified Teacher of the Deaf and SEND specialist working within a local authority. She brings frontline expertise in inclusion, intersectionality and the practical realities of supporting young people with complex needs, and advises Waypaths on how the platform can better serve the children and families at the centre of it.
